We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days 
after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be faulty or not as advertised
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging required
- Receipt or proof of purchase needed

Items sent without prior approval will not 
be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order immediately 
upon reception. Contact us right away if:
- Item is defective or damaged
- Wrong item received
We will resolve the issue immediately.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:
1. Pack product in original condition
2. Ship to our address (you are responsible 
   for transit)
3. We will record unboxing video
4. Once verified, exchange will be shipped

NOTE: If product is damaged or scratched,
exchange will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products

REFUNDS:
Once return is received and inspected,
we will notify you within 2-3 business days.
If approved, refund will be processed 
within 10 business days.
